Packaging buying guide
Kraft paper can provide a natural-toned surface for compatible carton or wrapping constructions. The word kraft does not by itself specify thickness, strength, recycled content or the complete structure beneath a wrap.
Establish whether the selected material forms the carton, wraps a separate board, or acts as a liner. These uses have different requirements for stiffness, folding and adhesion.
The base tone can change how inks and fine details appear. Review legibility, white-ink requirements where available, barcode contrast and finish compatibility on the actual stock.
A brown surface is not proof of recycled content or certification. Ask for documented fiber and coating information, then compare the complete pack with the intended recovery route.
Compare paperboard stock considerations. For a project review, share the finished product, quantity, destination and requirements through a custom quote brief. Availability and the final specification are confirmed in writing.
