Packaging buying guide
A drawer box combines an inner tray with an outer sleeve. The product is presented as the tray slides out, using a pull tab, ribbon or exposed tray edge when included in the design.
Measure the finished container and the space needed to lift it. A shaped insert can separate a set, but must stay aligned while the tray moves and must not load a cap or pump.
Check how far the tray should open and whether a stop is needed. Sliding resistance should be assessed with the intended wrap and packed weight; a loose tray can shift during handling.
Test access, pull attachment if present, sleeve friction and edges that rub together. Drawer presentation does not replace the protective outer shipping pack.
Define the drawer's sample checks. For a project review, share the finished product, quantity, destination and requirements through a custom quote brief. Availability and the final specification are confirmed in writing.
