Damage, shortage or production concern
Report the concern promptly through the Contact page. Include the order or request reference, affected quantity, shipping label, outer-carton condition, clear photographs and representative samples. Do not discard packaging needed to investigate a carrier or production claim.
How a concern may be assessed
The accepted order documents should identify the applicable production reference, tolerances, inspection route and claim process. No defect standard or manufacturing tolerance should be inferred from this page.
