Packaging buying guide
A tuck-end box is a folding carton with a flap that tucks into the body. The top and bottom opening direction affects pack-out, front-panel presentation and how the customer reaches the product.
For a capped tube or narrow bottle, check the widest closure and which end enters first. A tuck must have room to close without pressing a pump or catching a label. Do not assume one flap layout suits every filled weight.
Review side clearance, end movement and finger access. If an insert is proposed, coordinate it with the flap sweep and glue seam; an insert that fits the product can still interfere with the closure.
Assemble the intended stock, open and reclose the tuck, and inspect locking tabs, panel alignment and artwork near folds. Confirm packing instructions and any bottom reinforcement in the written specification.
