Proofs and approvals
The accepted order documents should identify the production reference and the approvals required for that project. Responsibilities for spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, finishes, panel orientation and quantities must be confirmed in those documents rather than inferred from this page.
Manufacturing variation
Paper, board, ink, coatings, foil, finishing and converting processes can produce reasonable variation between screens, proofs, samples and production units. Any applicable tolerances, overrun or underrun terms must be stated in the accepted order documentation rather than assumed from this page.
Payment, taxes and timing
Any payment stages, taxes, credit terms, production estimates and transit estimates must be stated in the accepted quote, invoice or order documents. Website content is not a promise of an order quantity, start date, completion date or delivery date.
Delivery, inspection and claims
The customer should inspect deliveries promptly and preserve cartons, labels, photographs and samples if damage, shortage or a specification concern is reported. Claim timing and remedies follow the accepted order terms and applicable law.
Liability and disputes
Available remedies and any limits must be read with the accepted order documentation and applicable law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Specific governing law or dispute terms may be stated in the accepted order.
