Packaging buying guide
Rigid boxes use a substantial board construction, commonly finished with an outer wrap. They normally retain their assembled form rather than folding flat like cartons; construction and delivery format must be confirmed for the project.
A hinged, removable-lid or sliding format changes access and presentation. Fragrance bottles and jar sets may need internal supports; the box's stiffness alone does not prevent movement inside.
Consider storage space, packed weight and the outer distribution packaging. More material or a heavier feel is not evidence of better protection or a lower environmental impact.
Check wrapped corners, lid fit, hinge movement where present, insert alignment and contact with the product. Confirm board, wrap, adhesives and any closure hardware in the specification; do not infer them from a concept image.
Understand rigid-board material selection. For a project review, share the finished product, quantity, destination and requirements through a custom quote brief. Availability and the final specification are confirmed in writing.
