Destinations and shipping methods
Eligibility for a destination, parcel or freight option depends on the project, shipment, provider and current service. The written quotation or order documents must identify the confirmed destination, delivery terms and any customer-arranged freight.
Address changes and split shipments
Request an address change before dispatch. Changes may be unavailable after labels, bookings or freight documents are issued. Split shipments, special appointments, limited-access delivery and liftgate requirements should be identified before the shipping plan is confirmed.
Timing and delay handling
A customer should not rely on a launch or delivery date unless it is confirmed in accepted order documents. Any notice, cancellation or refund rights associated with delay depend on those documents and applicable law.
Visible shipping damage
Inspect the outer shipment at delivery where practical. Record visible damage on the carrier document, photograph the shipment before unpacking and retain the packaging. Report the issue promptly with the order reference and affected quantities.
Risk, title and international requirements
Any transfer of risk or title follows the accepted order documents and applicable law. For international or special-destination shipments, duties, taxes, brokerage, import documentation and consignee requirements must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
