Accessibility target
PearlFold uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the website design and testing target. Work includes semantic headings, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, meaningful alternative text, responsive layouts, form labels and reduced-motion support.
Testing and improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Automated checks can identify some issues, while keyboard, screen-reader and visual review are also needed. New content and third-party services may introduce limitations that require correction.
Request help or report a barrier
If you cannot access content or complete a form, use the Contact page and select Accessibility. Describe the page, task, browser or assistive technology involved, and the format or assistance that would help. PearlFold will review the request without requiring unnecessary disability information.
Third-party content
Some linked websites, embedded services or documents may be controlled by third parties. PearlFold will work to choose accessible services where practical and can help identify another route to PearlFold information when a barrier is reported.
Statement review
PearlFold reviews this statement as the website and its services change. The date above reflects the latest content review and does not claim that every page or third-party integration is free from barriers.
